By downloading, installing, or using SleepFix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SleepFix is a sleep aid application developed by FP Labs. The App provides audio-based sleep protocols and ambient sounds designed to help users fall asleep. SleepFix is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a medical device or medical treatment.
SleepFix is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content within the App — including audio protocols, techniques, and any guidance — is for general wellness and informational purposes only.
If you have a medical condition, sleep disorder, or mental health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you have experienced in this App.
SleepFix offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Free trial: A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
